The company is currently privately held by the founders and employees of myOwner.com. 

The company started operations in early 2010 with early focus on research and development of multiple personal product identification solutions, which led to the development of the myOwner Identification system.  The company is presently engaged in discussion with multiple major online and offline retailers to provide distribution. 

The company is currently in discussion with retail product producers about the integration of myOwner identity products into OEM product designs.
